Fridge Friday

The ole’ fridge is looking rather sparse again. This has been a ridiculously crazy week and I’ve not been shopping for groceries. Never fear, dear readers as I have been eating. Went out to dinner a couple days this week, heated up a few frozen lean cuisine pizzas and ate the pre-game meal before basketball.

So here’s what we’re working with this week.

Pur Water, boneless/skinless chicken breasts, almost empty 1/2 gallon of skim milk, three glorious bottles of Miller High Life, one diet coke, orange/yellow/red bell peppers, fresh cilantro, fresh lime, pineapple and jello (yeah, yeah I know). Old Bay shrimp, a white onion, turkey pepperoni, and eggs round out the bottom shelf.

So in the door you can see that absolutely nothing has changed since last week. Lime Juice, 3 Yoplait Yougarts (that are probably out of date), spray butter, Vanilla Biscotti coffee, Ragu Pizza sauce, low fat parmesan chees, french dressing, bacon bits, italian dressing.

In the freezer we have Oatnut bread (yes I will eat it eventually, 94/6 ground beef, a pizza crust and an almost empty container of Mayfield Birthday Cake Ice Cream.

In the freezer door we have low-fat Eggo Waffles and low fat hot dogs.

I promise I will go shopping this weekend!! So what is in your fridge?

  2. I loved orange/yellow/red peppers. They were $2.99 each at the store yesterday! Robbery, I tell ya!


  3. Mine’s not much better. In fact very little has changed for my fridge from last week.
